Children's words about staff: "In our orphanage there are the volunteer staff. The staff normally assist the volunteers and decide what to be done, we have directors the manager and the matron. Those are the staffs who are the head but not the tail of our orphanage. The work of our school directors is to give issues and directions on how a school should run. They are the signatories to the school account, they advise their juniors and also they sack and employ workers. The work of our school manager is to manage the school and make sure that the orphanage is well maintained. The last but not least is the work of matron who takes care of all the children and makes sure that each and every children has been given his own rights like to make sure that each and every body has eaten well, to know whether that all the children have slept well and if they are all in the school compound. Also, the matron has to make sure that all the dormitories are clean and well arranged. we are all greatful for each and every thing that our dear staff have done for us. They have made a great change in our school. We always appreciate their work and what they have been doing for us since the home have been started."
